Not a Book review 1 : How to win friends and influence people
I had recently started reading again. This time I had picked up a book to up-skill myself in personality development. Which I could use in my career for various purposes. Like motivating my team, empathising with my teams perspective, handling clients in a pleasant way and so on (these are some of the takeaways that I got by reading this book, more about them in the later section of the article).

For the ‘n’th time, “Say no to free design”
“No Free design” we all have heard it and support the cause as we know the value and importance of design.
I am sure that we all have been there and experienced the pain of landing our first design job.
We start by reaching out to our near and dear friends to support us in our new venture. Start posting everywhere and pray to God that we get a hit. In just few weeks we would get couple of small clients through our friends and be happy about it....

Evolution of My design
I take this project as an opportunity to display my art direction, illustration, design skills and learnings.
